Refund policy


Returns

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at sales@poscam.co.uk to request a return, prior to sending your parcel back. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. Make sure to check with our team first.

  • Products must be returned to us within 14 days of your request and in a saleable condition so that we can process the return.
  • All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
  • If items are received back damaged, or missing items, we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty.
  • If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required.
  • If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).

  • Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will aim to process this within 14 days. Please allow a further 3 – 5 working days for this to appear in your account.

    Returns & Hygiene Handling :-
    The item must be in perfect condition, it is prepared for resale. If not, it will be  returned to the customer.

    In case of defective goods (e.g. damaged seams), we offer a direct replacement within 6 weeks.
    In such cases, it is important that the batch number is provided and the product is returned to us for verification with the manufacturer.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at sales@poscam.co.uk (with the word “Cancel” present in the subject line), or in office hours by calling 01423 876370. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out. We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order.

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our facility.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies:

Within 30 days of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a full refund, including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.
